Orders and Payment

• Payment must be received before order processing
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• Prices include VAT where applicable

Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver throughout Cyprus
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
• Additional charges may apply for remote areas
• Orders can also be placed through Wolt delivery service

Returns and Refunds

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be unopened and in original condition
• Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
